  Trimline Unfolding Wizard is an essential tool based on a unique improved inverse approach solving engine for sheet metal product designers, process engineers and die designers working with NX. It provides innovative functions of detailed complex flanging formability analysis cared by product designers, and optimum trimline determination cared by process engineers and die designers.

   Formability analysis can be only based on the key flange geometry and accounts for friction, blank-holder force, pressure pad and displacement constraints. It is fully integrated into NX and enables detailed thinning, thickening, Forming Limit Diagram, strain and stress evaluations only with NX basic modeling application modules. It enables the optimum flange shape to avoid the influence to the followed process.
